お刺身は絶対にそのまま食べた方が美味しいと思っていたのに、お魚の本当に美味しい食べ方を知ってしまった…
外側はホロっと内側のレアな部分は脂がスッと溶けていく感覚はお刺身でも焼き魚でも味わえない新感覚でした。
スタッフさんが目の前で絶妙な焼き加減に仕上げてくれるので初めてでも安心です。
一品料理もオススメの3品をいただきましたが、バイ貝ともずくは優しい味付けで、甘えびの塩辛は素材の甘みが感じられてどれも美味しい♡
〆の土鍋ご飯も金目鯛はレアの状態で提供されるので、火が通らないよう軽くまぜていただきます。
鯛だしの風味と金目鯛のレア感がとても贅沢な味わいで、そこにとびっこのプチプチ感がとても良かったです。
最後には温かいお茶も出してくれました。
本鮪の他の部位や土鍋ご飯も他の味も食べてみたいのでまた伺いたいと思います。
店内はカウンター席のみで席数もあまり多くないので行かれる際は予約がオススメです。
