ここは魚を新しい食べ方で楽しめる場所でした。
注文必須の魚火焼きは、店員さんが目の前で焼いてくれるので、ライブ感あふれる感じで、美味しくいただけます。
カウンターのみ14席のお店で、店内も綺麗な感じで、ちょっぴり大人デートとかにおすすめだと思います。
Eat fish yakiniku-style?! The seafood restaurant in Ikebukuro!
This was a place where I could enjoy eating fish in a new way.
The must-order grilled fish is cooked right in front of you by the staff. It was a very lively experience, and it was delicious.
The restaurant only has 14 seats at the counter, and the interior was very clean. I think it's perfect for a date night.
▪️魚火焼き本鮪三種盛り 3000円
本鮪赤身、本鮪中トロ、本鮪大トロをいただきました。目の前で赤身から脂の少ない順に焼いてくれます。中はレアな状態で焼いてくれて、ネギニラダレをつけて食べると、魚の旨みと合わさってとても美味しかった。赤身はしっかり目、中トロから脂身が出てとろけます。ここからわさびを付けるのが良い。大トロは片面を焼いてくれて、レア感と焼けた感じが口の中で溶けて最高に美味しかった。
▪️お通し（漬けアスパラと旬の桜エビ） 500円
アスパラは優しい味付けで、サッパリ。桜エビは塩味が効いてました。ワサビも少しつけると美味しかった。
▪️ 前菜盛り合わせ（沖縄県産生もずく、
甘エビの塩辛、バイ貝旨煮）
もずくは歯応えもあり、このもずくのお酢が少し甘めでめちゃくちゃ美味しい。食欲をそそる味。
甘海老の塩辛はお初ですが、甘みが強くて、
日本酒に合わせたら最高です。
そして、私の大好きなバイ貝。1つがとても大きくて、甘辛い味が染み込んでいて、美味しかったです。
▪️金目鯛の土鍋ご飯 2500円
海鮮出汁をふんだんに使用した土鍋ご飯は蓋を開けると鮮やかな感じが綺麗すぎる。
ふわふわの金目鯛と大量のとびっ子が素晴らしい。おこげも楽しめて、とびっ子の食感と出汁が効いた味わいで、まさに〆に最高の1品でした。
▪️シジミの赤出汁 330円
シジミがゴロゴロ入った、濃いめの赤出汁でした。土鍋ご飯と一緒に飲むのも良し。
