用があり目白に行った際に、看板は出ていないけど人が中でご飯を食べているのを見て、入ってみました。
ランチメニューは数種類しか有りませんが、どうにもサーモンが気になりサーモン定食を注文。
出てきたのは分厚い鮭で、ほんと4cmぐらいあったんじゃないかな！？写真で伝わるかな…
肉肉しく、とても食べ応えがあるけど、くどくない。控えめに言って、こんな美味しい鮭は中目黒のあのお店ぐらいでしか食べた事ないです(店名忘れた)。
店内はガヤガヤしておらず、小洒落ており、また夜も来たいと思いました。というかまた来ます！確実に！
ご参考まで、加熱して食べるものを鮭、生食するものをサーモンと区別するらしいです(ので、メニュー名は厳密には鮭？ま、美味しければどっちでもいいですね！)。
