I was going to have lunch in Mejiro, but I didn't know much about this restaurant, so I happened to come across it and went in. It seemed to be their signature dish, so I ordered the Akabara set meal. Akabara is a type of amberjack. Apparently, normal amberjack are shipped after 2-3 years, but Akabara takes 4-5 years to grow to over 80 cm, so it's delicious and fatty, so I ordered it and it was a great choice. I was really surprised by the salt-grilled Akabara, which was fatty and even the skin was delicious. It came with tofu and Small dish, so it was a healthy Japanese Japanese-style meal. However, perhaps as a measure against the coronavirus, the restaurant was open and it was a bit cold even in this season. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get a refill of the tea that came with the lunch.
