Based on the concept of "We grill selected fish and meat over charcoal, and that's all it takes to make it delicious," we source our fish from Toyosu Market, a huge fish market that attracts fish from all over Japan and overseas, and we are a wholesaler with 80 years of experience in selecting only the finest ingredients. Even the same fish can taste different depending on the season and place of origin. We carefully select the best ingredients for each season. In particular, our original pickled dishes, which are combined with high-quality ingredients such as truffles and dried mullet roe, are exquisite.
