都電の早稲田駅あたりでお仕事した時、立ち寄ったお店です。
都電の早稲田駅と早稲田大学を結ぶ、大隈通りという通り沿いにあるお店。
この辺りは学生向けの食堂などが多く集まる土地。
しかし、こういうちょっとマニアックなお店があるのも嬉しい。
店内はカウンターとテーブルです。
メニューはいろいろあるようで、これは目移りしちゃうな！！
しかし、そのわりには券売機のボタンが４つくらいしか稼働してなくて、ちょっと困惑。
結局、色々悩んで注文したのはー。
◆◇◆特製辣油麺◆◇◆（税込８５０円）にしました！！
ガッシガッシと豪快にまぜていただくスタイル。
豪快に混ぜ混ぜして頂きました。
食べた感じは、辛めな油そばというか・・・ 確かにラー油が効いています。
麺はさすがに手打ちなので、食べ応えもあって美味しいですねぇ。
香辛料もガッツリなんですが、まぁ食べ慣れている味わい。
そこまで感動するものでもなかったのかな。

このお店は、蘭州牛肉麺のお店。
ならば、蘭州牛肉麺をまずは食べるべきだったかな。
他の中国人っぽいお客さんはみんな蘭州牛肉麺を頼んでいたし、ちょっとやらかしたかなという感じでした。
このお店は、蘭州牛肉麺を食べてこそお店の真価がわかると思うので、また機会があれば再調査に行きたいと思います。
