いただいたのは、
鴨生ハムサラダ
日本の海の恵みを使ったブイヤベース
魚介の旨味がぎゅーっと濃縮されたブイヤベースが思わず心の声が漏れてしまうほど美味しくて、
自然と笑みがこぼれます。
四季を大切にされてるので、
その季節季節で、
ブイヤベースに使われている魚介や
スープの具材も変わって、
楽しめるスープでいつ行っても飽きないと聞いて、
食が大好きな友人を連れて行きたい隠れ家でもあります。
自家製の鴨の生ハムのサラダもほんと最高なバランスで、
四季を大切にされてるだけあって、
すっごい美味しかったんですよねー。
