表参道駅（東京メトロ銀座線ほか）からすぐの場所にあるビストロです。駅からはすぐの場所にあるのですが、裏通りなのでちょっとわかりにくい場所にあります。お店の建物は３階建で、２階が調理場で３階が客席。テーブル席のみのお店です。ランチは本日のランチが1200円、ハンバーグランチプレートが1300円、ビトックランチプレート（生肉がのっているハンバーグ）が1500円の３種類のみ。いずれも料理はワンプレートでパンまたはライス、ドリンクがついてきます。
本日のランチ1200円
私が訪問した日のランチは「ローストポーク」でした。パンとライスではパンを選択。パンはバゲットの小さな１切だけなので、炭水化物が必要な方はライスを頼む方が良いと思います。バゲットはトーストしてあります。
そして、ローストポークが運ばれてきました。何グラムあるのでしょうかちょっと驚きの大きさ。これだけ肉を食べられるのは嬉しいですね。ソースも美味しく満足。特にローストポークの塩が強すぎないのが個人的に好みでした。
最後にコーヒー。コーヒーも作り置きではなく、１杯１杯マシンで淹れてくれます。
最近はランチが多くの店で値上がりし、このお店のランチ1200円はかなりお買い得だと思います。生肉に興味のある方はビトックランチがいいと思いますね。多くの方が注文していました。
２階で調理したものをお店の方が３階まで運んできたのはびっくりしました。エレベーターもなく、地道に仕事をしているからこそ、この価格が可能なのですよね。再訪したいお店です。
