最先端のファッションやパーティーはとっても面白いけど、おしゃれとは縁遠い私にはアウェイな場所。そこから移動したのは、以前からお話を聞いていた西麻布の割烹『壽修』さん。
暖簾をくぐってカウンターに座ると、やっと緊張も解けホットすると同時に気合が入ります!?
お任せのコースは、蒸し鮑をシャインマスカットや菊菜と和えた物からスタート。
冷えたビールとの相性もばっちりな、しっかりとした味です。
続いて、ご主人の地元、唐津の赤ウニとイクラの小丼。
お任せでお願いした日本酒もやはり佐賀のもので、東鶴の特別純米。
クエのお椀とよく合います。
お造りは、サワラとキンメの昆布締め。ボタン海老とツブ貝。
太刀魚のフライに合わせてお酒は北陸産に代わり、しっかりとした旨味が特徴の宗玄純酔無垢。
金時草と南京、茄子のお浸しでさっぱりとした後の焼き物は、鰻をお願いしました。
〆はノドグロの炊き込みご飯。
どこまでもおかわりしたい誘惑を断ち切るのが大変でした。
しっかりと満足感のある構成ですので、人気なのも良くわかります。
