Established 70 years ago, the main dish of Aoyama Hashizume's courses is noodles. Using the finest noodles made by the artisans of Hashizume Seimen, a long-established noodle company that impresses top chefs at famous restaurants, you can enjoy two types of finishing noodles: Ichinomen and Ninomen. Our unique brand of noodles, which is different from ordinary Chinese noodles, is made with ingredients such as Japanese pepper, yuzu, burdock, bamboo charcoal, and pepper, and is also available as pasta or soba noodles. Please enjoy the fun of high quality and original noodles that bring out the flavor of soups and pasta sauces.

Our store is located on the second floor of the legendary "Bar Radio". When entering the room, open the heavy door of Bar Radio and go up the internal stairs. The interior of the restaurant, which is a renovated old private house that gives you a sense of Japan's beautiful past, is decorated with wood grain and antique interiors, creating a modern atmosphere that will make you feel truly relaxed. We also have a private room for 4 people, so it can be used for business occasions such as celebrating anniversaries or important entertainment.
