We have prepared a pairing dinner where you can enjoy the new charm of whiskey provided by TOKYO Whiskey Library. Approach the meal with whiskey as the main ingredient and enjoy the story as a course. This is possible because the TOKYO Whiskey Library always stocks 1,300 types of whiskey. We will deliver a new food culture that is truly valuable. This is a six-dish, six-drink dinner course that unravels the history of each whisky, and allows you to experience pairing it with food to make the most of its flavor.

The cocktail menu was supervised by Michito Kaneko, a top bartender in Japan who is attracting attention around the world, and who represented Japan at the 2015 World Class Global Finals, which determines the world's best bartender, and won the overall championship. We will prepare 8 different menus according to each theme, including aging cocktails, vintage cocktails, Japanese cocktails, and flash infusion cocktails that are prepared right in front of you.
