看板メニューの「メープルトリュフエッグベネディクトパンケーキ」は
ふわふわもっちりなパンケーキに、
香ばしく焼いたベーコン、ポーチドエッグをトッピングしており、
合わせるソースは白トリュフのオイルを使ったオランデーズソース。
彩るサラダは、旬の野菜やフルーツ、ナッツ、スパイス、穀物、エディブルフラワーなど20種類以上の食材を贅沢に使用しております。
東京旅行の初日、南青山のホテルに荷物を置いてダッシュで向かいました。
ランチ時間に滑り込みセーフできて良かった！
飛行機移動で疲れた体に染み渡るスパークリングワインと
メープルトリュフエッグベネディクトパンケーキ！！
ホテルの近くで飲食店を探していて発見し、予約しました。
鳥羽さんプロデュースのお店とのこと。
一人旅の始まり…少し心細いなと思っていたのですが
オーナーさんが話しかけてくれて
さらに福岡にも鳥羽シェフプロデュースのお店があることを教えてくれました。
バイトの女の子とも福岡トークが盛り上がりました。
福岡にもサラダを売りにしているお店はあるのですが
あまり印象に残る味ではなく、記憶のはるか彼方です（笑）
こちらは、ナッツ、スパイス、穀物、エディブルフラワーなど20種類以上の食材を使った
複雑な味で大変感動しました。
旅行初日から幸せな気分にさせてくれてありがとうございます。
福岡のお店も行ってきます！
