おまかせのサイトから予約して、一年ぶりに再訪しました。
この日も周りはほとんどが海外からのお客様でした。
日本の美味しい食材をふんだんに使用し、それらの素材を活かしたお料理、見た目にも楽しめる日本を代表するレストランだと思います。
お酒は控えていたのでノンアルコールドリンクをいただきました。この日は紫蘇を使ったカクテルで、とてもさっぱりと頂くことができました。
この日1番感動したのはメインのお肉に添えられた松茸でした。今まで食べた松茸は何だったのか笑、松茸ってこんなにも美味しいものなんだと、香り、食感、味全てに衝撃を受けました。
目の前で焼き上げられるパンがとても美味しいのですが、おかわりもちゃんと温かいのが嬉しいです。この日は柑橘、オレンジピールが入っていましたが、春にはよもぎや桜が入るそうです。
コースの料金の中にミネラルウォーターは含まれていました。お誕生日のお祝いと伝えているとメッセージカードとケーキのサービスをして下さり、こちらのケーキはお店で頂くこともできますが、持ち帰ることもできます。
12時ごろ入店して、14時過ぎにはお会計ができました。
