白トリュフ追加オプションでは成澤氏自らテーブルに来て白トリュフをスリスリしてくれる。
ペアリングはNARISAWA特注富山 満寿泉のものも多く今まで飲んだ日本酒の中で1番美味しかった。高級なお店がどこもそうであるように店内は海外からのお客さんも多くスタッフも全員流暢な英語を話す。よくある片言では無く全員がほぼネイティブ。聞いてみると帰国子女など。どうでもいいけど帰国子女っていいよな。自分の努力皆無で親の仕事で幼少期にそこの国に居ただけでその国の言語話せるようになるのですから。
