Our signature menu is ``Seiro Soba''. We use carefully selected buckwheat noodles according to the season and grind them in-house to create thin noodles with a strong aroma and smooth texture. The dashi soup with the aroma of bonito, made with warishita carefully made over 4 hours, goes perfectly with soba♪ Also, the ``Wagyu beef roll Sushi with Wagyu belly meat and charred green onion'' is made with charred bonito. A very satisfying dish made with green onions wrapped in red vinegar rice, then marbled wagyu beef wrapped and grilled. Enjoy with garlic soy sauce.

We also offer courses perfect for girls' nights out and various banquets. We recommend the ``Seasonal Luxury Course (9 dishes),'' which is filled with seasonal ingredients. For drinks, we focus on Japanese sake. The three types we recommend are ``Dassai Junmai Daiginjo Ma 39,'' ``Shimehari Tsuru Junmai Ginjo,'' and ``Kubota Manju Junmai Daiginjo.'' An easy-to-drink sake with a refreshing taste. The dry ``Ichinokura'' is also recommended and goes well with soba. Furthermore, we also offer a variety of highballs, including the most popular "Hakushu Highball", as well as slightly more unusual menus such as "Shikwasa Highball" and "Sumomo Highball".
