これは必ず食べてと言われた一品です！
めちゃくちゃ濃厚で美味しい！だけど、くどさは
全くなし。とても癖になります。また食べたい。
・鰹とセルバチコのアーリオオーリオ
こちらも絶妙な塩加減とアルデンテ具合でした。

今回は、蝦夷鹿とウリボーのロースト。
臭みなどは一切無いのに、肉肉しさを感じるとても
力強いお肉でした。
