事前情報なしに伺ったので、出てくる一品一品に驚き、楽しみながらいただきました。
都会にいながら森を探検したような、そんな気持ちです。
どのお料理も繊細で、色々な美味しさが口の中に広がります。もし私が誰かを招待する時は店名を伏せてお連れし、驚いてもらいたい、そう思いました。
