お久しぶりに祥瑞さんです。美味い肉に期待をしながら往訪です。まずは本日のお肉をチョイスします。前回同様のハツと今回はリブロースをチョイス。肉が焼けるまでマッシュルームのサラダとカリフラワーのグラタンを白ワインで流し込みます。マッシュルームとオリーブオイルの相性抜群です。
そして、メインの肉です。リブロースはもちろん美味いのですがレア気味のハツ、これが新鮮かつプリプリで無限に食べれます。ぜひ往訪した際には注文すべき一品です。
