偉そうにすいません。
前回は10数年ぶり下手したら20数年ぶりに訪れ、そこから3ヶ月ぶりの再訪。
日によってメニューが変わります。
日によって居るお魚が違います。
前回はカワハギや鯖を美味しく頂きましたが、この日はあまりいません。。。
盛り合わせもなぁ。。というところで鯵とサザエをお刺身で。
今日はカウンターだったので目の前で捌かれます。
カウンターはこのライブ感が良いですね。
職業柄？ではないですが向学のため見入ってしまうので、悲しいかなみなければ良いものが見えてしまうこともよくあります。。。
へしこはお上品に出てきますが、これをちびちびとやりながらお酒が進みます。。
またカワハギ食べたいなぁ、、、
