昨日は久々仕事頑張った。
時計が0時に差し掛かった頃、お腹が減ってどうしようもなかったので朝方までやっいてる匠さんへ。
ちよっと飲みたかったし。
思い返せば4，5年ぶりかも。
まずは生ビールとお通しで乾杯。
早速栃尾の油揚げハーフ&ハーフでネギ納豆と明太子をオーダー。
この大きな油揚げ好きなんですよね〜
そういえばお味噌汁で一番好きな具材は大根と油揚げだし、そもそも油揚げが大好物なんですよ。
このカリジュワを日本酒とも合わせてみたくて田酒を注文。
やっぱり美味しいですね〜田酒。
日本酒の品揃えにもセンスが光る匠さん。
あと新玉ねぎのスライスと〆にへぎそば手振りサイズ（1〜2人前）を注文。
つけ汁には変わり種の味噌バターコーンを追加。
これはこれで凄く美味しいけど、自分的にはスタンダードなつけ汁がしっくりきました。
やはり布海苔が練り込まれて喉越しもツルッと爽やかなお蕎麦には醤油ベースの和出汁がベストマッチ。
それと今回新発見だったのは「生青のりの土佐酢」というメニュー。
喉がむせ返るほど土佐酢が効いてるのですが、不思議と青のりと合うんですよね〜
木製の小さじですくってちびちび飲むタイプの酢の物です。
これ気に入りました。
家でもできそうやし、
そんなこんなで夜は更けて結構良い時間に。
タイパ、コスパ共に大満足な夜でした。
