An Indian Cuisine on the basement floor of Hillside, Roppongi Hills. There are several shops scattered at regular intervals, and there is also a terrace-like space in front of the shops. Even the terrace has a solid roof, so it might be nice in the warm season. The store's location is easy to find, as its exterior is full of Indian flair, including Indian-style fabrics and ornaments. The interior is Indian-style, with a bright and exotic atmosphere. The waiter's Japanese was a little slow at times, but he was kind enough to let me use a large table and ask for water and refills. ✧ • ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ • ✧ ✦Chicken Biryani A large pot of biryani. It comes as a set with curry, and you can choose the type of meat that is included. This time, I chose chicken for both the biryani and curry. I use long grain rice and it cooks well. The biryani itself was quite spicy and I started sweating while eating it. The chicken curry was mild, so the combination was perfect. It's quite a portion, so it might be best to order it with another set and share. ✦Mixed grill lunch A great value lunch plate that includes two types of curry to choose from, tandoori chicken, shish kebab, naan and saffron rice. The curry was mutton and eggs. Both have a spicy taste and will make you sweat while eating them. The tandoori chicken is large enough to be shared by two people, and is moist and juicy. When I shared it with the biryani, I was able to enjoy three types of curry in total, giving me more options to enjoy it, which was just right. Refills of naan and rice were free, and perhaps because they saw us sharing, they cut up the naan and brought it to us.
