上海から古い友人が来ているので、和食の素敵なお料理をと思い、うかがいました。
東京ミッドタウン六本木のガーデンテラスにあるそのお店は、窓から新緑あふれる庭が見えて、その向こうに都会のビルが見渡せて、今の爽やかな陽気もあって、まるで都会のオアシスのよう。
今日は最近の健康診断の結果を受けて、肉ではなく、お魚がメインとなる五葉松というコースを選択。
友人は和牛の赤味噌ビーフシチュー御膳を選択しました。
お料理はどれもお味が絶妙で、たくさん食べれない私にちょうど良い量。
メインのタスマニア産トラウトは緩く火が入っていて素材の良さを失うことなく、絶品でした。
ただ、友人が食べた和牛はサシが多く、高級なんだろうけど、赤身肉の方が美味しく感じる年齢には少々脂が多いかな。
最後は様々なお魚がキューブ状にカットされたちらし寿司で終わりました。
ホールにいらした方は感じが良かったですが、まだ働き始めて間もないのか、お手拭きが後になったり、デザート用のスプーンがなかったりでしたが、店員の方々は皆感じ良く気持ちの良いランチでした。
六本木という飲食店としては激戦区ですが、これからも残り続けてくれるでしょう。
今度は夜来てみようかなと思います。
