私の誕生日お祝い
ひのきざかの大ファンです。
絶景を堪能したくて、カウンターが取れないと意味がないので、直電話したら遅めの13:30にカウンター予約できました。
茶碗蒸しが、小さくて
食の細めの女子2人には丁度よい。
お味は濃厚。
私が好きなのはいくら。
下に少しだけシャリが敷いてあります。
これは、本当に大好き。
この日は、コースにカンパチが入ってました。こちらでカンパチ食べたの初めてでした。
最後に穴子が出るのですが、苦手だと伝えたら、金目鯛にしてくれました。
これが最高❗️
また記念日には訪れたいです❗️

久しぶりにひのきざかへ行ってきました。
カウンター席の特別感、高層からの景色、全て大好きすぎます。
今回は、お祝いで行って来ました。
私はシャリが少ないのが好きなので、こちらのシャリとネタの分量が私は丁度良いです。
いくら、カンパチ美味しかったし、ホタテの中には梅肉入りで、なんどむ絶妙な合わせでした。
また行きたいと思います。
