今日は仕事でひさびさ
リッツカールトンにある『ひのきざか』
のお鮨に。
昨日行きたいことを思い立って
昨日予約したときは
「懐石席しか難しい」という返事
だったのだけど、なぜか個人的に
納得行かない。笑
で、再度今日訪問した際に
「カウンター席（お鮨）って
無理ですよね？？」
ってダメ元で伝えたら
「ちょっと確認してみますね」
と言われて、ほんとに突然
懐石料理→お鮨に変更していただいた
（前にいたお客さんが早めに帰ったから
可能だったそう）
食べたかったリッツなお鮨
高層階から景色と天気、お味、サービス
なにからなにまで大満足で最後でした。
お鮨は10年以上（20年か？）通う
行きつけがあるですが、ここもまた
趣向が違って、お気に入りのひとつに
したいです。
抜ける景色の中で
お上品なお鮨を食べたい人には
かなりおすすめです。
