日本一の熟成肉
結構前に訪問した記事になりますが 写真を整理していたら見つけたため載せます。 会食で使用させていただいた37ステーキさん。 中々行くことの出来ない高級店です。 熟成肉のステーキはもちろんのこと 他のメニューも文句無しです。 ステーキは1人300gをいただきましたが、 もう感動でした。 大切な人とのお祝いの場などにオススメです。 またいつか行きたいです。Find out more

Food Akagi beef from Gunma Prefecture (aged for 21 days)
Akagi beef is a crossbred breed of Japanese Kuroge beef (Japanese Black beef), and is known for its healthy red meat and good flavor derived from Wagyu beef. It contains a lot of amino acids, which are the source of umami, and has a soft and fine-grained meat. The more you chew, the more the beef's natural aroma and flavor spreads in your mouth, the aftertaste leaves a refreshing aftertaste, and the fat gives you the sweet and elegant flavor that only Akagi beef can offer, giving you a good balance.
