Last night's dinner was Mogura-san from Nishiazabu! ! @marboochan came to Tokyo from Shizuoka and had a drink at work after doing some training. The head chef of Ajima-san, who I visited several times last year, has just opened a new restaurant, and I would definitely recommend @marboochan next time. The soup stock was delicious and I was happy when I dipping my appetizer in. I feel like this is the first time I've learned that fuku is so delicious when making sashimi.Until now, I had a stronger impression that ponzu sauce was delicious, but fuku has a sweet taste. It was the first time I realized that there was a hidden knife in the octopus, which was really nice! The earthenware steamed rice bowl is also very elegant and delicious with the aroma of the soup stock from the kueh and the black maitake mushrooms.The cod milt with ponzu sauce has a sharp sour taste when you taste the ponzu sauce alone, but when combined, it is very good.And the most surprising thing is It's actually a Japanese-style meal restaurant, but the pasta is clearly a professional flavor, with a strong AOP flavor, and the balance of fresh tomatoes and basil...
