ランチで漢方豚のカツレツをいただきました。
肉が柔らかいのに、程よい歯ごたえのジューシーさもあり、脂が甘い。
透き通った脂の甘みという感じです。
初めて食べる豚肉の食感と旨みに感動しました。
後輩の漢方豚の低温ローストを一切れ交換しましたが、これもまた絶妙な肉肉しさで美味しかったです。
次は漢方牛ステーキを頼もうと思います。
