It is so crowded that there is no room for customer service, and at lunchtime, it is a popular restaurant with one of the longest lines in the Azabu Juban area. I was curious and went there. I arrived at the store after 12:10. Waiting in line: 3 groups and 4 people waiting. I entered the store in about 10 minutes. Select the mackerel katsu set meal from the lunch menu. 880 yen. The food arrived at 12:42. Waiting time of more than 20 minutes is tough. I was anxious to start work in the afternoon and looked at the clock. It is served from miso soup. Lukewarm. Pretty, lukewarm. I think first impressions are important. Eat the katsu. The smell of mackerel bothered me slightly. But it's hot. Freshly fried cutlets without removal, gradually delicious. Rice is not bad. Rice that is established as a set meal. However, when I tried to get the tofu, I noticed that the soy sauce was empty. After the previous customer next to him left his seat, he lowered only the tray and dishes, and let the next customer in without wiping the tabletop. There is a strong sense of disappointment in the service. There is an overwhelming shortage of people. There are too many menus. The waiting time is too long, the clerks are exhausted, the checkout queue is long, the queue for entering the store cannot be reduced because there are no seats available, sales do not increase, and many customers give up waiting and go home. Monte Rosa lost. By the way, lunch set meals such as mackerel katsu are free to refill with rice, miso soup, and more. The miso soup is hot. This is decently delicious. Hot freshly fried cutlet and cold miso soup. Maybe it's a problem with the management policy, but I don't see a philosophy of providing delicious food for operations. The refill tastes better, and it's a fatal wound. Pork Cutlet is not a set meal, so rice cannot be refilled. Mysterious rules that you don't understand will lower customer satisfaction. It's not a bad set meal, but this complaint is a service problem. And isn't the long queue only increasing the antis of Monte Rosa day after day? I felt sorry for the employees who were working desperately and couldn't afford it, and the customers who were frustrated by the wait, irritated by the lukewarm miso soup, and despaired of the 20 minutes of the lunch menu being served. The katsu was delicious. Rice is not bad. Rice, miso soup, and free refills are full. It's a small difference, but it was such a lunchtime that the menu that could get a high score was spoiled by the management policy of the happo beauty restaurant. If it had been provided in 10 minutes, I would have been able to make it in time for the afternoon work, but I had to explain and make excuses to those around me. It would be a pity if the number of antis in Monte Rosa increased here, so I withheld the name of the restaurant. There are a lot of low ratings. But it's not as bad as it sounds. That's because there are so many strict customers in the Azabu Juban area. The appeal is, in a word, value for money. Cost-effective lunch. Slow and anti. It was a feast.
