グル友と二人でステーキランチ。
車で行ったのだが駐車場サービスを受けられるのがいい。
店はオープンテラスのある開放感のある広い店だ。
場所は六本木一丁目駅直結のビルにあり、場所柄白人系の外国人が多い。
店はガラス窓で覆われていて、外国人やお金持ちそうな夫婦が犬の散歩をしているのが店内から見える。
客層も見窄らしい客やヤバいと叫びまくる若者もいない気持ちのいい店だ。
我々は11時オープン一番乗りで入店し、シーザーサラダ、オニオングラタンスープ、そしてTボーンステーキを注文。
ステーキの付け合わせにマッシュポテト。
デザートにグル友はアイスクリーム、私はアイスサンドをいただいた。
ドリンクはガス入りウォーターを。
このシーザーサラダ美味すぎる。そしてこのパンも私好みの美味さだ。
スープをいただき、いよいよステーキ。
オージービーフのドライエージングらしい。
ウルフなんとかのようにバターソースをたっぷり使ったステーキもいいが、シンプルにグリルで焼いたこの店のステーキも美味い。
肉の味が濃い。脂身もトロッとしていて熟成香も程よく食欲を増す。
和牛では決して味わえないステーキの醍醐味がある。
価格帯はウルフなんとかと同じくらいかな。
ランチでもサービス料10%だし、気持ちの良いサービスも受けられる。
東京にはこれ系のステーキ屋がたくさんあるが、ウルフなんとか、ピーターなんとか、ベンジャミンなんとか、BLTなんとかステーキハウスより私は好きかも。
最後に。焼き加減はサービスが薦めてくれたミディアムレアにしたが、ちょっと火が入り過ぎていたのが残念だった。
