It's been a while since I last visited. Perhaps it's something unique to the Roppongi branch, but the salad bar is always well stocked and clean, so it was a pleasant experience. I was happy to see such a wide variety of salads. The meat was also delicious without question. Unlike Yakiniku (Grilled meat), they bring it out when it's just cooked to perfection, which is a little appreciated. Although, it does come around like Conveyor belt sushi, so I have the luxury of not being able to concentrate on the plate in front of me. I wanted to eat lamb, but it took a while for it to come around, so I mentioned it to the waiter, and he cooked it for me right away. Thank you. I have to maximize my meat cravings before going here! I'll come again
