Among them, my favorite scallop is quite thick and has great elasticity, and the three-kneading combo of bluefin tuna, horse mackerel, and white-throated tuna fell ♡ off To top it off, the famous big toro broiled came to finish it off, but it is different from a gas burner because the surface is broiled with charcoal. I was invited by a friend to visit. Since everything was left up to the chef, including the course menu, I didn't know what to expect! The meal started with firefly squid, which was a highlight for me . Not only was the texture superb, but its compatibility with the sweet and sour miso sauce was delightful! The whitebait was fried, offering a fluffy yet crispy texture that I couldn't get enough of ♡. The sushi course continued, each piece meticulously crafted with attention to detail in the rice, soy sauce, and size of the toppings. Among them, my favorite scallop was notably thick with an incredible bounce . The trio combo of medium fatty tuna, horse mackerel, and blackthroat seaperch was absolutely to die for ♡. The meal concluded with their signature seared fatty tuna. Unlike using a gas torch, they seared it with charcoal, giving it a smoky finish and a wonderfully crispy texture as the fat melted, making it the perfect final sushi piece. The bowl of salmon roe and sea urchin was also irresistible! I was amazed at how reasonable the price was for such a feast!
