筋肉の聖地ですね
ウォーキング途中に聖地に足を踏み入れてしまいました。
トレーニーの食の宝庫。筋肉食堂さん。
日曜日なのでランチがないのですがあえて来てみました。
空いてたのですぐに席に案内していただき
まずはお約束のウエルカムプロテイン！
ストロベリーですがこれ美味しいです。
バルクスで購入出来るようですね。
メニューはハンバーグ食べたかったので牛肉赤身肉ハンバーグ、玄米ライスセットで。
先にサラダとスープ。
この時点でどちらも美味しくて罪悪感ないので美味しく食べてます。
そしてお待ちかねのハンバーグ。
オススメはレアでの焼きなので足りなかったら焼いてお召し上がりください。
とスタッフのかたがちゃんと説明してくださいます！
良いですね！タレはガーリック、ネギ塩、おろしポン酢。
これもどれもオススメですがと説明してくださるので初心者でも美味しく食べられる気遣いがステキです。
スタッフのかたも trainingされてるマッチョなのですが来店されるかたも負けてません！
またランチ時間にも来店してみたいです。

I came to the store while on a run. I was running to Roppongi thinking about going to the Ginza store, but I was still hungry, so I decided to take a detour. Ordered the daily lunch. It's a teriyaki Hamburg. I asked for brown rice max 300g for set A. Appetizer protein. Today it was chocolate flavored. Arrive early and get it right away. Since it's around 12 o'clock, there are usually a lot of office workers. It was called a teriyaki Hamburg, but Hamburg was delicious and I finished it easily. I like this Hamburg because it has a meaty texture. After this, I went for another run, and since Miyashita Park was on the way, this run turned out to be a fun run called Muscle Cafeterias Trifecta (Ginza, Roppongi, Shibuya). I will come back to eat there again. Thank you for the meal
