家族の誕生日が近かったので早めのお祝いをそいやさんで。友人から素敵なお店だよってお勧めされてたので楽しみでした。
個室でゆったりと過ごしたく特選コースに！
全8品(料理7品、黒毛和牛お食事)、デザートがついてきます。
仕入れの状況により、使用する食材が日々変わるというのが楽しみです。
★飲み物は蒼天伝 低温瓶貯蔵
華やかですっきり。ほのかなコクがその後いただいたお魚にとてもあいました。
グラスがとても可愛いです。夫婦やカップルで行くと、赤と青のグラスにしてくれるんですって。
家族はお酒飲めず、ジンジャーエール。。。残念！
★真鯛とジュンサイの土佐酢あえ
新鮮な真鯛、こりっとした食感に土佐酢があう！日本酒がすすみます。
★からすみそうめん
青い器にからすみがたくさん。美しい～。こんなに贅沢なそうめんは初めて食べました。
家族も大喜び。
★気仙沼産のうなぎの白焼き
店主の出身地だそうです。私も東北が大好きで毎年夏は東北へ旅行へ行くのですが今年は行けなかったので
気仙沼産の食材が食べれてとても嬉しかったです。うなぎ、めちゃくちゃふっくら。
★カンパチのりゅうきゅう あまみのタレ
これは・・・ごはんにのせて食べたい（笑）とろける味わい。またまた日本酒が♪
★家族は濃厚なマンゴージュース。私は梅酒 男山純米仕立てあらしぼりを。
女将さんのおすすめです。すっきりな味わいで、じっくり飲みたい梅酒です。
★静岡産メークインを2時間寝かしたものに、気仙沼産の生うに
さつまいもと勘違いするくらい甘い。生うにとこんなにあうなんて感動。
★万願寺とうがらし、パプリカ
野菜のうまみがすごいです。
★静岡産 黒毛和牛すきやき、たまご、白トリュフ
その日その日によって調理の仕方が変わるそうで今日はすきやき。嬉しい！口の中でとろける和牛に卵とトリュフが美味しさを倍増させてくれます。上品なすき焼き。絶品です。
★農民ロッソ 赤ワイン
黒毛和牛とともに。栃木県足利市のワインです。甘い香りで美味しい。どんな食事にもあいそう！
★秋鮭、まつたけ、自家製いくら醤油漬け、島根県産あおのりのお椀、大根、こりんきー青唐辛子
すごく贅沢。秋の食材を美味しくいただきました。
★プラムシャーベットとシャインマスカット
美味しい食事のあとの甘くて冷たいデザート。最高の幸福です。
特選コース、2時間半ゆったりと過ごさせていただきました。
