今日がわたしの誕生日で、明日が主人の誕生日。
今年の誕生日ディナーはこちらのお店に。
記念日、ここで過ごせて本当に良かったです。
お肉だけでなく、特大ずわい蟹もしゃぶしゃぶで戴ける特大の幸せと、
特製のタレと薬味も本当に美味しくて。
ここで戴いた昆布の香り高いスープは記憶に残る奥深さでした。
個室は、高級感のある天井の高く厳かな雰囲気でありつつ、
落ち着けて居心地よく、とてもゆっくり出来ました。
こちらのお店。
東京にいながら、まるで京都のお店に来たような感覚に酔いしれられたり、
六本木という場所柄のグローバルを意識した〆の麺やたれの種類に
特別感が感じられて、とてもとても素敵でした。
乾杯は【コエド 毱花 -Marihana-】と
自家製生搾りレモンと蜂蜜を使用しているという【香水亭サワー】で。
香水亭サワーは甘さ控えめですっきり飲める美味しさでした。
主人の大好きなコエドがメニューにあるのも本当に嬉しかったです。
コースは、人気No.1の【極み】を戴きました。
先付 【自慢の出汁でいただく胡麻豆腐】
弾力のある胡麻豆腐に、やわらかな味わいのワサビがとてもよく合い、
またお出汁がとても美味しく染み入りました…！！
上造り【香水亭のブリ大根 香味ぽん酢・キャビアを添えた帆立と】
これが…！
もうもうもう本当に忘れられない美味しさで。
「ブリ大根」の概念、覆されました！！！
半生のふわりとしたブリに、鬼おろしの状態の大根がのっていて。
両方の歯ごたえと、味わいと、火の入り加減と、全体のバランスに
言葉を失うほど感動しました…！
そしてキャビアが間に敷き詰められた帆立は言わずもがなな美味しさで。
泣きそうになるぐらい喜びで溢れた一皿でした。
鍋【「肉乃華」咲くしゃぶしゃぶ】
最初はお店の方が説明をしながら鍋を作ってくださいます。
桐の箱のようなお鍋でのしゃぶしゃぶは勿論、生後初。
「和牛赤身」と「サーロイン」を2枚重ねてしゃぶしゃぶしてください…と
この食べ方、こちらも生後初で。
色とりどりの「季節の野菜盛り」が躍る鍋の中で、
綺麗な綺麗なお肉をしゃぶしゃぶ…、もう心から幸せを感じて。
それだけでなく。
特製のたれが、なんと3種類。
これがまた本当に美味しくて。
・特製出汁
・トマトぽん酢
・麻辣ごまだれ
「特製出汁」は「刻み葱」と「揚げ素麺」を入れて、
「トマトぽん酢」は国産の「パクチー」を入れて戴きます。
この絶品さがもう凄い…！
特製出汁は、やさしいやさしい味わいの中に奥深さがあり、
それに揚げ素麺を入れると、アクセントが素材を引き立てます。
トマトぽん酢も、ほのかなエスニック感の中にトマトとぽん酢の
さっぱり感が同居。これも野菜やお肉にとてもよく合いました。
そして、麻辣ごまだれ。
麻辣のキリっとした辛さが響くのに、どうしてもまた食べたくなる、
辛いんだけど後を引く美味しさがヤミツキに。
「六白黒豚」はバラの花の形でサーブされ、これはこのまま鍋に入れて
ほぐしながらしゃぶしゃぶしてくださいとのこと。
折角の記念日なので、二人の共同作業として二人で鍋に入れました。
「特大ずわい蟹」…蟹のしゃぶしゃぶも生後初でした。
感動しました。
1分ほどしゃぶしゃぶしてくださいとのことだったので、
鍋の中で蟹の身の色が変わっていく様子や、
蟹肉の変化をゆっくり見ながらじっくり味わって戴きました。
「野菜盛り」の中にあった生麩の「もち麩」と「よもぎ麩」が
これまた本当に本当に美味しくて。思い出すだけでうっとり。
食事【出汁で食べる中華蕎麦】
こちらも店員さんが来て調理してくださいます。
六本木店以外は、生蕎麦が〆だそうです。
主人が食べる前から「御献立」の「中華蕎麦」の記載にわくわくしていて。
しゃぶしゃぶで使った「特製出汁」のたれの中に、
「こだわりの出汁」を追加してスープにして。
鍋の中で茹でた中華麺をお店の方はスープに入れてくださいます。
勿論、トマトぽん酢や麻辣ごまだれを付けても美味しいのですが。
こだわり出汁のスープの、昆布の香りが本当に忘れられなくて。
厳選したたっぷりのかつおや昆布からほぼ半日かけて濃縮した出汁をとり
丹念に仕上げている…そんな記述に大きく頷けてしまうような味わいでした。
幸せだなぁと心がぽかぽかしました。
デザート【はんなりと 春咲く抹茶ぷりん】
ほうじ茶と戴きました。
ふわりとミルク感が香る中に、やわらかな抹茶がやさしく美味しかったです。
食事もとてもとても素晴らしかったのですが。
おもてなしも素敵で。
このお店に今日来れたこと、このお店を知る機会があったこと、
このお店で記念日を過ごせたことに心からの喜びを感じました。
ごちそうさまでした、また行きます。
