神戸牛の鉄板焼で有名なビフテキのカワムラ。前から気になっていた店で今回、以前、日テレ『ぐるナイ・ゴチになります』でバトル会場にもなった六本木店へ初訪問。店に入ると重厚感のある店内でスーツ姿のスタッフが出迎えてくれた。席につきドリンク付のコースランチを予約していたのでドリンクとライスかパンどちらにするか聞かれ赤ワイン、ライス、食後の飲み物はコーヒーを選択。まず赤ワインとコースランチのポタージュ、次に生野菜のサラダが出てきた。そして席の前にある鉄板に、焼かれる前の分厚い神戸牛と野菜が出てきてシェフの方から食材について丁寧な説明を受けた。玉ねぎは淡路島産、ガーリックは青森県産、醤油はビフテキのカワムラ特製との事。鉄板で焼かれた神戸牛、野菜、ライスと一緒に出てきた赤だしの味噌汁、最後に出てきたデザートどれも美味しかった。肉は100ｇでは物足りないのではないかと思っていたけど、食べ応えがあって、満腹感を得ることができた。店を出る時はシェフの方に見送りまでしてもらい恐縮する思いだった。最高のもてなしと食事で今日は本当に来てよかったと思った。また利用したい。
