六本木でお寿司というのははじめてでした。
この度、仕事を紹介してくれた友人へのお礼を兼ねて訪れました。
六本木といえば、パーティー的雰囲気が立ち込める遊びを極めた大人のまち。
銀座や神楽坂といった食の街とは一味異なりますね。
そんな街にも一件よいお寿司屋を知っておいてもよいかと。
オーダーしたのはつまみ数種から握りへと進むコース料理。
本日は断片的にしか写真はありません。
マグロを使ったおしゃれなつまみから始まります。
見た目にもきれいで、カジュアル接待にも使えそうですね。
全体的なレベルは高いです。
価格帯を考えるとコスパよいですね。
とらふぐ、のどぐろは素晴らしかった。
特にのどぐろの油ののり方が豪快かつ上品。
付け場の後ろにキレイな魚が泳いでいたり、カウンター前で水が流れているのも（フィンガーボウル代わりでしょうか）癒し効果があっていいですね。
お手洗い場も綺麗。
店主さんも感じの良い方で落ち着きます。
料理のコスパもよく、安心して大切な人に紹介できるお店かと思います。
