ピッツアの美味しいお店を探していたら、イタリアのピザ大会で優勝したこちらのお店に辿り着き、コース料理(¥8,500/人)のディナーを予約して訪問。
場所は、どの駅からも微妙に離れたところにありますが、散歩だと思えば結楽しめるかも。
店内はこぢんまりとしており、店内はテーブルが５つぐらいで満席でした。
最初の1品目はアミューズで、チーズとトマトを合わせたものでスターターとして食欲をそそる感じです。
2品目の前菜盛り合わせは、5種類あり、それぞれが異なる食感と味わいを楽しむことができ、印象的な組み合わせでした。
3品目のパスタはその日の仕入れ状況に応じて３つの中から選ぶ形で、ズッキーニとポークのショートパスタニエしましたが、とても美味しかったです。
4品目のピザも2人で１つを選択するのですが、悩みました。悩んだ末にナポリにしましたが、これが大正解でした。ピザ生地の美味しいピザの店はたくさんありますが、具材と味でここまで印象に残ったのはこのお店g初めてです。
アンチョビの使い方がとても良く、他の素材とよくマリアージュされている中で、アクセントになっているという感じでした。
5品目はメインですが、肉が2種類、魚が1種類の選択肢で、アクアパッツァにしましたが、美味しかったです。
全体的に結構な量だったので、アクアパッツァが丁度良い量でした。
最後の6品目がデザートで、ティラミスともう一品(名前忘れました)で、この組み合わせが良かったです。
ピザはもちろんとても良かったですが、他のメニューも非常に美味しく、再訪したいお店です。
