Graduated from Tokyo Confectionery School and began working as a craftsman at a Japanese Japanese Confectionery shop in Kyoto. Afterwards, unable to suppress his admiration for Italy, he moved to Italy and began cooking Italian cuisine. 2010 Pizza World Cup runner-up. Overall winner of the 2016 Naples Pizza Italy Cup. At ``Giancarlo TOKYO,'' we not only serve authentic Italian Cuisine cuisine that we learned at star Restaurants, trattorias, and pizzerias, but also traditional home-cooked meals that we learned from the parents of our friends we met in Italy. A feature of Italian cuisine is that even the same dishes have completely different personalities depending on the region. Having traveled from Lombardy in the north to Campania in the south, we faithfully recreate each and every home-cooked dish that has impressed us in each region.

There are counter seats in front of the oven where you can watch the pizza, the Restaurants 's main dish, being made, and terrace seats with a view of Tokyo Tower. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm, like you've been invited to a friend's house. In Italy, the terrace seats fill up first. I would be happy if we could work together with everyone to grow this store into a store with such an authentic feel.
Food Southern Pig (Pine Pig)
First store in Tokyo! ! We have received a rare pig from Ishigaki Island who grew up eating extremely delicious pineapples. Nannu pork has more flavor than regular pork, and the meat is soft and juicy. It also has a low melting point and a melt-in-the-mouth taste, so please give it a try.
