Nishiazabu Otake is located in a residential area about 10 minutes from Roppongi and Nogizaka stations on the Tokyo Metro. The restaurant is run by Otake, who has trained at the famous Gifu restaurant Takada Hassho. The restaurant has 8 counter seats and 4 private rooms. It was fully booked for business entertainment and family celebrations. Today I had the chef's choice course for 20,900 yen. ◇Clams, asparagus, and wasabi leaves salad The shiso aroma and thick soy sauce sauce made an impact. ◇Hair crab and sweet potato soup The sweet potato was shaped with fish paste. It also looks great. ◇Katsuura bluefin tuna sashimi and sea urchin The tuna goes well with sudachi citrus. The sweet sea urchin was wrapped in nori seaweed. ◇Sakura trout yuan-yaki The thick Sakura trout was effectively seasoned with wild garlic. ◇Cold Inaniwa Udon The combination of firefly squid and udon is matched with pickled plums. ◇Scallop and broad bean cream Croquette A Croquette with a light green filling.
