麻布十番店時代に何度か利用し、料理のクオリティーが高くて、大好きな四川料理店の一つ。
よだれ鶏を日本に紹介した井桁さんのお店です。
GW中の予定だったので、念の為予約して訪問しましたが、終始空いていました。
ランチコースとランチセットがありますが、今回はこちらを注文しました。
◾️ 飄香小院ランチセット（角切り牛バラ肉入り手作り柔らかマーボー豆腐）@1,870円（税込）
※前菜4種盛り、ライス、本日のスープ付き
本日のスープは、鶏肉、しめじ、きくらげ入りで、出汁が濃く滋味深くて美味しかった。
前菜に関しては、味付けは良くそれぞれ美味しいのですが、麻布十番店で頂いたものが秀逸だった事を考えると、質的にも量的にも少し物足りなく感じます。
メインの麻婆豆腐は、辛さはややマイルドで、独特のスパイスの風味があり、辛さより旨味を感じる美味しいマーボー。柔らかく仕上げてある牛肉の旨みもあって、「四川飯店」や「陳麻婆豆腐」とは少し違った趣ですが、とても美味しい旨辛麻婆豆腐でした。
お店はコンパクトなサイズですが、ゆったり座れて、落ち着いて食事が出来ました。
接客については、慣れていない方もいたように思いましたが、卒がなく丁寧でした。
妻の注文した鶏の唐揚げ四川ピリ辛甘酢炒め、お得なセットに付いてくる焼売や成都担々麺も美味しかったので、何を頂いても標準を上回る中華料理が頂けるものと思います。
次回伺う機会があれば、アラカルトで注文してみたい。
