店主の竹村氏は、「分とく山」等で修業後、故郷の愛媛・松山で「和敬」をオープン。
「ミシュランガイド広島・愛媛2018特別版」で二ツ星を獲得し、2018年に西麻布に移転。
「ミシュランガイド東京2021・2022」でも１ツ星を獲得されています。
