We visited Kazutaka Azabu, who has a store in Nishi-Azabu, a fashionable town near Aoyama and Roppongi. It opened in November 2018. The head chef, Ryuji Takemura, is originally from Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture, and previously worked at the famous Tokyo restaurant ``Wantokuyama Sango''. In addition, the Hiroshima and Ehime versions have been awarded two Michelin stars. Access: 10 minutes walk from Exit 5 of Nogizaka Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line. About 12 minutes from Exit 2 of Roppongi Station on the Hibiya Line and Exit A5 of Omotesando on the Chiyoda, Hanzomon, and Ginza Lines. The location is easily accessible.
