Spicy sauce with the spiciness of chili peppers (Shan Rajang); Jo Mahjang with a numbing cooling sensation of Japanese pepper; Sweet sauce that concentrates the flavor of dried shrimp and fish; Sa Cha Sauce (Sa Chajang).
