●焼鳥鈴音
ども、二日酔い飯です。今日は誘われて夕食へ。取ってもらったお店が六本木にある焼き鳥屋の「焼鳥鈴音」
場所、位置的には六本木ヒルズのちょうど真ん前くらいでしょうかね。担々麺の蒼龍唐玉堂の手前を曲がってミッドタウン方面に真っすぐ行ったところ。外階段で二階へ上がったところにお店はありました！
席につくなり店員さんが色々と説明してくれました。
なんでも中華料理と焼き鳥の融合だそうで！これは楽しみですね。
山椒とか、ラー油とか、唐辛子とか。中華ぽいタレを焼き鳥につけて頂く感じだそうで！
今回は鈴音を余すことなく堪能できる鈴音コースに！たのしみです。
●鈴音コース
まずは先付け。才巻海老になす、角煮に豆腐干糸。
最初のメニューはとっても中華料理ですね！どれも美味しそう。
ビールも来ました！！やっぱり暑い日には冷たいビール。
サラダ。若干中華っぽいドレッシングです。
最初の焼き鳥はもも。
ひとくち食べてみるとじゅわっとジューシーで柔らかい。美味しい〜！
続いて砂肝。こちらも柔らかい中にシャリシャリと。塩で味がピリッと締まって美味しい。
ここで、もう一杯ビール。なんとドイツビールが^^
ホフブロイオリジナル。
ここで春巻。春巻は家ではなかなか作れないですからね〜こういうときにしか食べれないから嬉しい。
これも中華料理ぽいですね。瓜のあんかけ。
皮の焼き鳥。タレが香ばしくてとってもいいかんじ。うまい！
ズッキーニ。野菜串だと結構ズッキーニ串みるなぁ。噛むとじゅわっと美味しい野菜エキスが。
そしてつくね。スパイシーなつくねだけどコレはコレで美味しい。
最後は食事、ということで担々麺が登場！
わかってますよね〜。暑いこの季節、最後は冷やし担々麺ですよね！
冷やしだとあんまり塩分感じにくいですが、風味はしっかりしていて美味しい。
ラストのデザートはシャーベット。
お茶。最後冷たいもの二連だったので、温かいお茶でほっとひといき。
●ごちそうさまでした
なんと中華と焼鳥の融合ということでしたが、中華料理のコースで焼き鳥がでてくる感じ。
どれもとっても美味しくてめちゃめちゃ良い感じのお店でした。行ったことがなかったお店だったので、覚えておこうと思います。ちなみに、個室は一個だけだと思うので、使いたいときは予約必須かもしれませんね。
