Our specialty is freshly cooked pot-cooked rice. We order rice that is delicious at the time, mainly from the Tohoku region, on a monthly basis. After receiving your order, each piece of rice is carefully cooked in a pot, so you can enjoy fluffy, freshly cooked rice. By cooking in a hagama, the "feathers" attached to the body of the kettle cover the crater, allowing for high-temperature heating that seals the fire and heat.
