銀座のミシュラン店「やましろ」が西麻布にも
出店したようですね。会食の機会あって行ってきました。
ビールで喉を潤したあとお食事スタート。
蛤のスープや、前菜の盛り合わせから始まり、
出汁巻き玉子の天ぷらへ。
わざわざ揚げる必要ある？って思いながら
かぶりつくと、「あっ！コーティングされてる！」。
「プシュ！」と口の中で出汁が
はじける感覚と味が好きでした。
次は「海老天と雲丹巻き」
本日1番のお気に入り。
牛肉と雲丹の組み合わせは普通に食べてますので、
生でない海老の天ぷらと雲丹の組み合わせは
油や温度がワンポイントになって旨さや新鮮さを感じました。
（海老も雲丹も好きなのでなおさら）ｗ
その後は画像のように、握りや海鮮が続きます。
握りは赤酢を使い、丁寧な仕事との組み合わせで
見た目にも楽しめます。
そして、焼とうもろこしの茶碗蒸しや、
鴨をいただきながら、
最後に、お椀で、ほっと一息。
〆のデザートは「玉子焼き」
カスタードプリンのようでした。
ドリンクの2杯目からは日本酒で。
メニュー外のストックも、いいものあるようです。
「何か、おススメあります？」と聞いたら、
いろいろ出てきました。ｗ
そんな中でこの日の1番お気に入りは、
山形正宗の「稲造（いなぞう）」
ジャケットもかわいいですが、味も旨い。
バランス良くて単独でも料理との合わせでもいけるやつ。
グループだったので、お酒はちょっとづついろいろ飲めました。
結果的にはメニュー外のおススメばかり・・・ｗ
こんな感じで、お腹は満腹。
西麻布って交通の便からあまり行かないエリアかもしれませんが、
六本木ヒルズから10分圏内。
たまには足を伸ばしてみるものいいかもしれません。
カウンターがおススメですが、個室もあって
ちょっとした接待にも使えそうです。
