最初にいただいた中トロの脂と赤身の絶妙なバランス、そして見事なシャリの握り具合...
赤酢のシャリがホロっと口の中でほぐれ、絶妙な握りなのがよくわかります。
ネタのバランスも◎
どれも素材の味を生かした握りの数々。
いかと雲丹を一緒に握るという発想も斬新で、これがまたおいしい。
添えられているガリの厚切りも箸休めにいい食感。
松茸の茶碗蒸しも風味豊かで秋の訪れを感じました。
最後の卵焼きもお出汁が効いていました。
美しい料理と本格江戸前鮨を併せたコースはバランスよく楽しめます。
お店の雰囲気もいいので大切な人を連れて行くのにオススメです。
