取引先の方と、イベント後にご飯食べたり行きましょう、ということで連れて行ってもらいました。
こちらはお任せコースと、飲み放題をつけるという、明朗会計で、オープンキッチンの和食屋さん感というお店の佇まいから感じる高級感と、お会計に安心感がある、というところが素敵です。
お料理も、それぞれにしっかりと旨みを感じるお料理で、量も適量で、大人の嗜みだなあ、と思いました。
最後のご飯は、私は若々しくユッケご飯にしました。タレの甘さが絶妙でした。
連れていただいた方のは、海老天手巻きとのことでしたが、揚げたてをご提供いただけるということで、とても美味しそうでした。
そういう手間暇部分が、こちらのウリなんだろうなと思いました。
忙しいサラリーマンたちに、「ちょうどいい」感を提供してくれるな、と思いました。
