この日は六本木界隈で食事会があり、こちらお店を紹介してもらい訪問。
六本木の交差点からも近く場所も分かりやすい(ドンキの並び)
今シーズン初のふぐに心が躍る♪
せっかくなので『特』利俊コースを予約、やっぱり寒い冬は鍋に限るねぇ。
最初軽くビールで乾杯◎
先付けと、てっさとが順に出てくる。
天然の虎河豚は噛めば噛むほど旨味がでてくるのが旨い。
ドリンクメニューのジャーボンハイ(とうもろこし焼酎のコーン茶割)が気になり注文。
想像以上のとうもろこし感だった。笑
とらふぐ焼きは、お店の人が丁寧に焼き加減を教えてくれるので初めてでも色々と焼き方を変えられるのは楽しい。
それから白子焼き、唐揚げとすすみ最後にメインのてっちりでフィニッシュ。
雑炊もしっかり食べ、鱈ふく。(河豚ふくだけど)
店内はおしゃれな空間で、各席が区切られており、比較的他のお客さんが気にならない。
接待など商用でゆっくり話しをしたい時にも勝手は良いだろう。
