外苑前駅から徒歩9分ほど、階段を下ったところにあるお鮨やさんです。グルメな方の紹介で訪問☺︎
伝統的な江戸前寿司をリーズナブルなお値段でいただきます。コースはお任せコース一本のみ。
思った以上に品数は多く、かなり満腹になります。
印象的だったのは、
シロイカ
驚くほど甘くて柔らかい。歯がいらないのではと思うほどの柔らかさに感動。
ウニ
こちらも同じく感動的な甘み！口の中で溶けてゆく柔らかいウニに感激。
ウニは本来苦手なのですが、やはりこういうところの美味しいウニはいくらでも食べられます☺︎
鮑の肝ソース
コリッコリの鮑！もう何切れかいただきたいくらいに美味しい。残りの肝のソースに、酢飯を入れてリゾットにして食べます。このリゾットがまた絶品！
内臓系が苦手なので、肝のソースにはかなり抵抗がありましたが本当に美味しかったです。
大将もとても素敵な方で、楽しく良いディナーになりました。何度でも来たいお店です。
